Pricing & lead time.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because LED pricing depends on pitch, brightness, processor stack, mounting, calibration target, and warranty term — five variables that swing the per-square-meter number by 3×. A published price would be wrong for 80% of the configurations our customers actually buy. Email us with your wall size, viewing distance, and indoor/outdoor and we'll quote in 48 hours.
What's the lead time?
Standard panels: 2 weeks from PO. Stock configurations of Orion XR / Hydrus / Tadpole at our common pitches. XR volumes (Orion XR + Draco XR + commissioning): 6–8 weeks. Custom geometry (any radius, sculpted surfaces): 6–10 weeks.
Do you do rentals?
We sell to rental houses, but we don't operate a direct-to-end-customer rental fleet. If you're an end customer needing a one-time event, we can introduce you to a Pisces dealer in your region.
Can you finance?
Yes — operating lease, capital lease, MSA bundle, or cooperative purchasing for gov/edu. Houston-based credit decisions in 1–3 business days. Financing options →
Technical.
What pitch do I need?
Rule of thumb: minimum viewing distance ≈ pitch in mm × 1 ft. So 2.6 mm = 2.6 ft minimum. For broadcast/XR, halve that — cameras zoom. Full guide with examples: Pixel-pitch buyer's guide →
Is your panel HDR?
Orion XR is HDR-10 native, >90% DCI-P3. Hydrus is HDR-10 optional. Draco XR is HDR-capable when paired with Orion XR. Tadpole is sRGB / Rec.709.
Do you genlock?
Yes — Orion XR ships with genlock kit by default (tri-level / black-burst inputs). Critical for broadcast and XR; without it you get scan banding on camera. Hydrus and Draco XR can genlock when paired with our P-series processor.
Do your panels work with Unreal Engine?
Yes — direct nDisplay configurations for Unreal Engine 5. We ship a known-good baseline config with every XR volume; on-site commissioning includes Unreal pipeline validation. Disguise, Pixera, and Notch are also supported.
Service & warranty.
What's the warranty?
5 years standard on every panel family, extendable to 10 for permanent installations. Coverage includes module replacement (we don't make you buy a whole cabinet for one bad LED), parts, and ground-shipping in the US.
How does RMA work?
Email [email protected] with the panel serial and a brief diagnosis. Replacement ships in 24–48 hours; failed unit returns on the prepaid label inside the same box. No bureaucracy. Emergency lane available for game-day failures.
Do I need to recalibrate?
Pisces panels self-calibrate every 168 hours. Fixed installs typically don't need a paid re-cal visit. Touring rental and broadcast operators benefit from an annual sanity check by a certified tech. Calibration deep-dive →

Are you Buy America compliant?
Yes — panels are engineered, calibrated, and final-QC'd in Houston, TX. We hold a CAGE code and can provide TAA-compliance documentation on request. Supply-chain detail →

Can we buy through TIPS / OMNIA / Sourcewell?
