What we collect
- Quote & contact submissions — name, company, email, phone, project details. Stored in our CRM on infrastructure we control.
- Service & warranty records — panel serials, calibration dates, RMA history. Required to honor warranties and support agreements.
- Visit logs — IP, user agent, pages viewed. Retained 90 days for security and analytics. Aggregated, not sold.
- Dealer portal accounts — credentials and order history for authorized dealers only.
What we don't collect
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
- We don't sell your data — to anyone, ever.
- We don't share leads with resellers or marketing services.
Cookies
Functional cookies for session, language, and CSRF only. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but the dealer portal will require login on every visit.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data request" and we'll respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
Where data lives
Production database in the United States. Backups encrypted at rest. Access limited to engineers and account managers on a need-to-know basis. We do not transfer customer data outside the US without explicit consent.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we'll post an updated "Last updated" date and email anyone with an active dealer or service account. The current version is always at this URL.
