Pisces LED is a Houston design studio of light. We design, calibrate, and ship LED panels from one building — and we hire people who want to see their work leave on a truck.

How we work.

On-floor, in-Houston, in-person — we're an engineering & design company, not a software shop. The optical lab, calibration room, fabrication floor, and engineering desks all live in the same building. Sales engineers walk to the cal room when a customer asks a hard question.

Our work doesn't compress to a remote stand-up. Most roles are on-site Mon–Fri, 8a–5p. Flexible time when you need it. No 2 a.m. ship deadlines — we plan for them.
