1. Use of this site
The content of this site — copy, imagery, configurator, spec sheets — is the property of Pisces LED. You may quote and link to it. You may not republish, scrape for resale, or use for training language or image models without written consent.
2. Quotes and pricing
Prices and lead times shown or quoted on this site are estimates, valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise on a written quotation. Final pricing requires a signed quote. Custom builds are non-cancellable once cut.
3. Spec sheets and configurator
The custom configurator on /custom produces estimates only — panel count, weight, and power are derived from nominal dimensions. Final production-ready cabinet maps are signed off in writing before fabrication.
4. Warranty
Standard panels carry a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defect. Coverage details, exclusions, and the RMA process are in your sales agreement. Panels must be operated within published specs (temperature, humidity, voltage, ingress class) for warranty to apply.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pisces LED's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to the lesser of (a) direct damages actually incurred or (b) one hundred US dollars. Sales-related liability is governed by the contract.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to courts in Harris County, Texas.
