Capex isn't the only way

Pay over time.

LED systems can be paid for as a 5-year lease, a finance-to-own loan, a multi-year MSA, or via cooperative purchasing for government and education. Houston-based credit decisions, real terms, no usury.

Lease (operating)

OpEx, off balance sheet.

36 / 48 / 60-month lease terms with $1 buyout option at end of term. Hardware refresh option built in. Best for IT-funded buyers who want to avoid CapEx.

Finance-to-own

Capital lease.

Capitalized lease (FAS-13 / IFRS-16) — you own the asset, depreciate as capital, fixed monthly payment. Typically 60-month term with competitive rates for credit-strong buyers.

MSA / service contract

All-in monthly.

Hardware + install + calibration + warranty + service rolled into one monthly fee. 36 / 60 / 120-month terms. Houses of worship and corporate facilities prefer this for budget predictability.

Cooperative purchasing

Gov & edu, no RFP.

Available through TIPS / OMNIA / Sourcewell and other cooperative purchasing agreements. Skip the multi-vendor RFP — we're already on contract.
