XR volume.
A purpose-built XR stage for an independent studio in the Austin region. We delivered a roughly 42′ × 18′ wraparound LED volume with a ceiling rig in about six weeks — the first take rendered like the hundredth.

The brief.
Build a stage that earns a strong day rate from day one. Production needed a volume that car commercials, XR concerts, and broadcast spots could share without recalibration between days — and they needed it in time for an automotive brand pitch a few weeks out.
The build.
Orion XR 1.95 mm cabinets, pre-calibrated on our Houston floor, then trucked to the studio and bolted to a custom truss the studio team had pre-fabricated. Color-managed sign-off in two days. Genlock and camera tracking integrated with their existing Mo-Sys / stYpe kit.
Strong utilization.
The volume saw strong booked utilization from week one — a fast ramp for a brand-new XR stage.
No field RMAs.
No field RMAs to date. Auto-calibration kept color held within spec across the full volume.
Repeat bookings.
Productions came back. Repeat bookings became the norm once crews saw how clean the in-camera result was.
